Interested Security Services Provider must submit their interest along with the following mandatory documents:

  1. Copy of Business Registration Certificate/Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A valid Operating License as provider of Security Services provider
  3. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for 2023
  4. Proof of office address (utility bill/lease agreement);
  5. A valid Insurance Coverage preferably a Third party public liability insurance or an Employer liability insurance. (details to be provided on separate sheet of paper)
  6. Available transportation (Vehicle details proof of ownership/agreement for car hire);
  7. Satisfactory Performance Certificate/attestation from at least two organizations/commercial entities where the contractor has supplied security services during the last 3 years. (Not applicable to companies who have not received any contract yet and new companies/Firm)
  8. List of Existing Contracts (if applicable)
  9. A valid Pension Fund Payment certificate (If Applicable)
  10. A copy of VAT Certificate (if applicable)
  11. A copy of monthly payroll (not older than 3 months)
