PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MUNICIPAL WASTE BINS (240L), & HERITAGE SQUARE LITTER BINS (110L)

The Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA) is inviting for bids suppliers, retailers or Importers to submit their bids for the supply and delivery of Municipal Waste Bins, and Heritage Square Litter Bins divided into two (2) lots.

  • Lot 1 3000 Municipal Waste Bins of 240 litres capacity
  • Lot 2 100 Heritage Square Litter bins of 110 litters capacity and 100 Extra Liners for the Litter Bins

Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one or both lots.

Conditions

  • The Tender is open on equal terms to all locally Registered & licensed suppliers, retailers or importers.
  • The successful supplier will have to ensure that delivery is made within 3 months from Date of Award.
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR).

Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing.

 

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document shall be made available as of Monday 7th August 2023 up to Friday 11th August 2023 from 9:00am to 3:00 pm.  No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period. The bidding document shall be purchased at a non-refundable fee of SR 200.00 at the Procurement Section, Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA), Ex- English River Clinic, English River, Mahe, Seychelles.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled Monday 14th August, 2023 at 10:00 am at the Landscape and Waste Management Agency (LWMA), Ex- English River Clinic, English River, Mahe, Seychelles.  Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF MUNICIPAL WASTE BINS (240L), & HERITAGE SQUARE LITTER BINS (110L)” and Submitted in the Tender Box Located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahe, Victoria, before 11:00am(Seychelles Time) on Thursday 24th August, 2023,  

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00am on Thursday 24th August, 2023, at the National Tender Board. Bidders are welcome to attend the tender opening.

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
