Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: All licensed And Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: The vehicles will be used by SFA for shuttle service (Staff Transportation).  

Period of Delivery :  Three (3) months from the date of award of the contract.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender dossiers can be obtained at SFA Headquarters, Victoria Fishing Port, Mahe from Wednesday 09th August 2023 from 9.00am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- mail to- Crath@sfa.sc                                       

Closing date for Dossier   :  The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 16th August 2023 at 3:00 pm.

Note: The tender dossier is available for free for all interested bidders.

THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI VAN (16 SEATER)” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1130HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
