Project Title

: Supply & Installation of Wind Blinds at the Air Navigation Service (ANS) and Safety Regulation (SR) Building at Seychelles International Airport.

Eligibility

: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All contractors CLASS I or CLASS II only registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.

Eight (8) weeks from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier

: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the Accounts Section, Seychelles

  Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe

  as of Wednesday 09th to Wednesday 16th August 2023 at 0900am to 3.00pm

  against payment of a non-refundable fee of SCR.500/- each.

Closing Date for Dossier

: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday16th August 2023 at 3.00pm.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

: A mandatory site information meeting has been organized on Thursday 17th

  August 2023 at 10.30am. The meeting place shall be at Gate 3at Seychelles

  International Airport.

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “REPLACEMENT OF WIND BLINDS AT ANS & SR Building AT SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board, 1st floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria not later than 10.30am on Wednesday 30th August 2023 Tenders will be opened immediately after closing at 10.30am at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
