The purpose of the procurement is to guarantee that SCAA can provide sufficient lighting when conducting corrective and scheduled maintenance at night, provide backup in the event of failure to the Apron floodlights, or ready in emergency response situation for quick deployment.

The proposed shortlisted bidders are as follows:
