PROCUREMENT OF SPECIALIZED VEHICLES

Eligibility: All registered vehicle dealership in Seychelles only.
Scope: Bids are invited for the Procurement of Specialized Vehicles divided into Three (3) lots.
- Lot 1 – Two (02) No. High Pressure washing and Vacuum Sewer Truck
- Lot 2 – one (01) 0.43T Crane mounted truck with four booms
- Lot 3 – one (01) 5-Ton Payload Tipper Truck
The successful bidder will be required to deliver the vehicle by June 2024.

or
hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR300.00
Period to request for the tender dossier:
Monday 25th September 2023 - Wednesday 4th October 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs.
No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/ which can be found on the NTB’s Website.
Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Procurement of Specialised Vehicles” in the subject.
Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 16th October 2023 at 10:00hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 16th October 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
