PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ASPHALT MACHINES FOR SLTA

  • Lot 1: Two (2) Asphalt Pneumatic rollers
  • Lot 2: One (1) Asphalt cold milling Machine (cold planer)
  • Lot 3: One (1) Road grader
  • Lot 4: One (1) Mini-Asphalt mixing plant

Bidders may participate in one (1) or all Lots and Bidders will be eligible to be awarded with one lot only. However, in the event that participation is limited the Procuring Entity reserves the right to award two lots per bidder.

Conditions

  • The tender is opened to both local licensed and international suppliers;
  • The bidders should have experience in supplying such Equipment;
  • All pricings should be provided in Seychelles rupees (SR) for local suppliers and in USD for International Suppliers. The Currency exchange rate that will be use will be the conversion rate by the Central Bank of Seychelles on the day of bid submission;
  • Authorised resellers certificate and Documentary proof that the equipment are genuine;
  • Specifications are included in Appendix I of the Price Schedules for Items.

Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained at the Account Section, Seychelles Land Transport Agency, Head Office, Dream gate complex, 1st Floor Block B, Ile Du Port, Seychelles as from as from Tuesday 26th September, 2023 at 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. or via email from Mr. Kevin Bastienne, Procurement Officer of the Seychelles Land Transport Agency on kbastienne@slta.sc .  

The closing date for accessing the tender documents shall be Monday 23rd October, 2023 at 3.00 pm. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT FOR THE SUPPLY OF ASPHALT MACHINES-SLTA” AND DEPOSITED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB), 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS CAN ALSO SUBMIT THEIR BIDS BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-for-the-supply-of-asphalt-machines-for-slta-2 THAT CAN BE FOUND ON NTB’S WEBSITE, NOT LATER THAT 10.00 AM (SEYCHELLES LOCAL TIME) ON MONDAY 20TH NOVEMBER, 2023 TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:00 A.M. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (s) ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER, EITHER ELECTRONICALLY OR MANUALLY.
