PROCUREMENT OF LICENSES FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 365 BUSINESS STANDARD EXCHANGE.

The Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) is inviting all locally registered and licensed service providers to participate in the tender for the Procurement of Licenses for Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard Exchange.

Eligibility:
• The tender is opened to all locally registered and licensed service providers;
• The service providers should be a registered partner or distributor for Microsoft Products in Seychelles;
• The service providers should have experience in supplying Microsoft products to Government Organisations/Departments or private companies in Seychelles for more than Five (5) years;
• The bids should be provided in Seychelles Rupees (SR);
• The statement of requirement is included in the Appendix III of the Price Schedules;
• Must not be debarred by any Government Organization/Departments in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery: Two (2) weeks from the award of Contract.

The tender document can be obtained at the FSA’s reception office or by emailing the Procurement Unit, at procurement@fsaseychelles.sc as from Tuesday 26th September, 2023, between 8.30 a.m. to 3p.m. The closing date for requesting the tender’s dossier shall be Friday 06th October, 2023 at 12.00p.m. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to Mr. Dereck Volcy, Procurement Manager before Tuesday 10th October, 2023.
Submission of Tender Document:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/fsa-procurement-of-licenses-for-microsoft-office-365-business-standard-exchange which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, later than 11:30am Seychelles Time on Monday 16th October, 2023.  The bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement of Licenses for Microsoft Office 365 Business Standard Exchange” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:30am on Monday 16thOctober, 2023 at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor Maison De Mahe. Bidders or representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session. 

LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
