SUPPLY OF 119 METRIC TONNES (MT) OF CALCIUM HYPOCHLORITE FOR WATER TREATMENT.

Scope: Bids are invited for the Supply of 119 Metric Tonnes (MT) of Calcium Hypochlorite for use in water treatment. The supply shall be executed in three shipments throughout the year 2024.

The successful bidder will be required to deliver the product as per following schedule:

  • First shipment of 47.6 MT must be delivered by February 2024
  • Second shipment of 35.7 MT must be delivered by June 2024
  • Third shipment of 35.7 MT must be delivered by October 2024

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/puc-supply-of-119-metric-tonnes-mt-of-calcium-hypochlorite-for-water-treatment which can be found on the NTB’s Website.

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of Calcium Hypochlorite” in the subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 30th October 2023 at 10:00hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 30th October 2023 at 10:00hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
