ELIGIBILITY: All Licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

 PURPOSE: Vehicle is to be used for transportation of staffs.

PERIOD OF DELIVERY: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from Seychelles Meteorological Authority Office at Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Laure as from Monday 9th October 2023 until Friday 13th October 2023 between 9.00am to 3.00pm Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via E- Mail to r.richemond@meteo.gov.sc

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sma-procurement-of-one-1-mini-van  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON MONDAY 23RD OCTOBER 2023. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI VAN FOR SEYCHELLES METEOROLOGICAL AUTHORITY” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1030HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED

TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
