ELIGIBILITY:  All Licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles

are eligible to tender on equal terms.

PURPOSE: Vehicle is to be used for daily operation

PERIOD OF DELIVERY: Three (3) Months from the date of Contract Award

ACCESS TO TENDER DOSSIER: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Procurement Unit, 2nd Floor Room 207, Oceangate House as from Tuesday 10th October 2023 between 9.00am to 3.00pm.

Soft Copy of the Tender Dossiers can be obtained via e-mail to jmangroo@gov.sc .

CLOSING DATE FOR OBTAINING TENDER: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 16th October 2023 at 3.00pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTALhttps://www.ntb.sc/tenders/local-govt-procurement-of-one-1-pick-up-truck WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM ON THURSDAY 26th OCTOBER 2023. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE PICK UP TRUCK” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR REPRESENTATIVE(S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED
