Scope: Bids are invited for the Supply of 105 Metric Tonnes (MT) of Sodium Carbonate (Soda Ash) for use in water treatment. The requirement is anticipated to fit into three 40ft containers for delivery in One (1) Lot by March 2024.

hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00 as from Wednesday 11th October 2023 to Friday 27th October 2023 from 08:00hrs to 12:00hrs and 13.00hrs to 16.00hrs. 

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.                                           

Submission of Tender: Bidders must submit their bids via the National Tender Board portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/supply-of-105-metric-tonnes-mt-of-sodium-carbonate-soda-ash-for-water-treatment which can be found on the NTB’s Website.

Bidders are requested to state clearly the project title “Supply of Sodium Carbonate” in the subject.

Deadline Date & Time: The closing date for the tender is Monday 6th November 2023 at 10:30hrs.

Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Monday 6th November 2023 at 10:30hrs at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.

Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend the bid opening.
