PROVISION FOR GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

Scope of Service

To provide Ground Maintenance Services of hard surfaces around all section zones and sites considered to be landside areas at the Seychelles International Airport (  Mahe Service Provider Only).

Eligibility:

·        Be either fully or partly owned Seychellois with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Horticultural beautification and Landscaping.

·        Have a Valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial Year 2023 

·        Be VAT Registered

·        Have had no previous contract, if terminated as a result of poor performance in the last three (3) Years.

·        Applicable to Service Provider based on Mahe only.

Performance Period:

Three (3) years from Award of Contract

Access to Tender Dossier:

Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as of Friday 13th October to Wednesday 18th October 2023 from 0900am to 1500pm at a non-refundable fee of SCR500.00.

Closing Date for Dossier:

 The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Wednesday 18th October 2023 at 1500hrs.  NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.

Pre-Tender Site Visit:

A MANDATORY site information meeting has been organized on

Friday 20th October 2023 at 1000hrs. The meeting place shall be at the Domestic Arrival Terminal landing.   

 

Failure to attend to the site information meeting/visit shall lead to bids being disqualified

during the Evaluation Stage.

Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license, Business Registration Number and NIN upon purchase of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.

SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:

Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF GROUND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM ON WEDNESDAY 08TH NOVEMBER 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00 AM at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
