Project Title :  Procurement for the Supply of the following vehicles divided into two lots:

  • Lot 1 – Supply of One (1) Car (5 seater)
  • Lot 2 –Supply of One (1) Car (7 seater)

Eligibility: All licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychellesare eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject: The vehicles will be used for staff transportation and office operation.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the date of award of the contract.

Access to tender Dossier : The tender dossiers can be obtained at Administration Section SRC, 2nd Floor Maison Collet as from Tuesday 24th October 2023 from 9.00am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm

Closing date for Dossier : The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Monday 30th  October 2023 at 3:00pm.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/src-procurement-for-the-supply-of-vehiclesWHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 1130HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON Tuesday 7th November 2023. THE BIDDER ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF VEHICLES FOR THE SEYCHELLES REVENUE COMMISSION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.

TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1130HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE. BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
