Eligibility : All licensed and registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Subject : The van is to be used for the delivery of Educational Materials and Uniforms to schools.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months from the Date of Contract Award

Access to Tender Dossier : The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Procurement Section Office, Ministry of Education, Mont Fleuri, Mahé, Seychelles as from Friday 17th November, 2023 to Thursday 23rd November,2023 NOTE: The tender dossier is available for free for all interested bidders.

THE BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF 1 PANEL VAN (3 SEATER) FOR INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIAL SECTION” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.  TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE. BIDDERS OR ONE REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION
