Eligibility: All registered businesses providing scanning services in Seychelles are eligible to tender on equal terms.

Period of Delivery: 24 months from Date of Award

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Seychelles Licensing Authority, Constitution Avenue, Orion Mall, Victoria, Mahé, Seychelles as from Monday 4th December 2023 to Friday 08th December 2023 from 8:30am to 3:00pm.

NOTE: The tender dossier is available at a non- refundable fee of SCR250.00 to all interested bidders.

Bidders may inspect the bidding document prior to purchase.

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting scheduled for Wednesday 13th December 2023 at 10:30am at Seychelles Licensing Authority, Board Room. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation process.

Submission of Tender Dossier

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND DIGITIZATION OF FILES”, ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 21^st DECEMBER 2023. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT THE VENUE MENTIONED ABOVE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION. ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.

ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
