PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI BUS

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Subject: The purpose of the mini bus is to facilitate all our site visits and to conduct all the administrative duties such as dispatch, purchasing

Period of Delivery: Within Three (3) months from the date of confirmation of award        

Access to tender Dossier: Tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Home Care Agency, Unity House, Block B, 01^st Floor, Room 108 or via email from shrbm.shca@gov.sc as of Wednesday 06^th December 2023 to Wednesday 13^th December 2023 from 09:00 a.m. to 03:00 p.m.

No bidding documents shall be issued past this deadline.

Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/home-care-agency-procurement-of-one-1-mini-bus  WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11:00 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON THURSDAY 14^TH DECEMBER 2023. BIDDERS ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) MINI BUS”IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11:00 AM (SEYCHELLES TIME) AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE.  

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
