THE SEYCHELLES FISHING AUTHORITY (SFA) INVITES TENDERS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF IT EQUIPMENT

Eligibility : The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: All licensed And Registered business operating in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery : Three (3) months

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained from the SEYCHELLES FISHING AUTHORITY, HEAD QUATERS, FISHING PORT, ACCOUNTS SECTION on Wednesday 06th December 2023 9:00 am to 3:00 pm / Thursday 07th December 2023 09:00 am to 11:00 am and Monday 11th December 2023 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs150 each and deadline date for obtaining the dossier shall be Thursday 14th December 2023 3:00 pm.     

Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Friday 15th December 2023 at 11:00 am. The meeting place shall be at the SFA’s Headquarters, Victoria, Fishing Port.Failure to attend the site information meeting /site visit will result in the disqualification of the bidder during the Evaluation process.                               

Submission of Tenders:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sfa-procurement-of-it-equipment which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 10.00am Seychelles Time on Wednesday 10th January 2024. The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project Title “Procurement of IT Equipment’s”.

The tender will be opened immediately after closing at 10:00 am (Seychelles Time) at the National Tender Board Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria.

BIDDERS AND THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
