Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms: All licensed and Registered Motor Vehicle dealers operating in the Seychelles.
Subject: The vehicles are to be used for staff transportation and for filming crews
Period of Delivery: Three (3) Months from the date of award of the contract.
Access to Tender Documents: The tender documents can be obtained at the Seychelles Broadcasting Corporation, Hermitage, Mont Fleuri, at the Secretariat office as from Tuesday 16th January 2024 from 9.00am to 12pm & 1pm to 3pm or can be requested via email of patricia.banane@sbc.sc& SBCFinance@sbc.sc
Closing date for obtaining the Tender Documents: The closing date for obtaining the tender documents is Monday22ndJanuary 2024 at 3:00 pm.
Note: The tender documents are to be given to the interested bidders for free.

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/sbc-procurement-of-three-3-vehicles
WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM ON MONDAY 05TH FEBRUARY 2024. TENDERS ARE REQUEST TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF THREE VEHICLES FOR SBC” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.
TENDER WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA. BIDDERS AND THEIR REORESENTIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BERETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
