Giving back to the community

During the holidays a team of staff from the POU came together to paint this dining hall. We chose to do this activity over the labour day weekend showing that it is not only a day to enjoy but to also give back.

Our team had fun painting and chose very vibrant colours to help lighten up the environment. We know that children are our future and we wanted to help provide a friendlier environment for students and teachers alike.

Our hope is that the students make the most of the area and keep this space clean and tidy and also take care of all the resources available to them including chairs and tables. Many students don’t have these resources available.
